Big Brother Minecraft 1 was the first season of Robster88's Big Brother Minecraft Series. The season premiere aired on July 5th, 2018 and carried out for 57 days, concluded on August 31st, 2018.

Background

Development

Big Brother Minecraft Season 1 production began shortly after Robster88 revealed that the original Season 1 was a tested season and confirmed that Season 1 will be coming back. Robster88 rebuilt the Season 1 house and the comps due to the original house got deleted. Robster88 build the house and then add the comps after the house was completed.

Casting

Casting started on January 15th, 2018 and soon after within a few months, over 48 people signed up to be a houseguest for Season 1. Among them we're Killer, Kirby, and MacArthur. Out of the 13 original cast: Caleb, Charge, Cobalt, Digi, FatFam, Gavin, Joltz, Lolzy, Smooth, and Aidan (Uber) signed back to compete in Season 1 for another chance. The original 5 returnees to come back were Charge, Cobalt, Digi, FatFam, and Lolzy. But FatFam couldn't make it, Smooth replace FatFam as on of the five returnees. On the day of recording, Cobalt didn't show up. So Robster decided to do four returnees instead. Even though Danny, Dekt, Jay, JP, and Teemo didn't sign up, they were cast in the show.

Twists

• Four Returning Players - After the eight new houseguests moved in, Charge, Digi, Lolzy, and Smooth returned from the tested season moved in for another chance to win the $500,000.
• Hit The Road: The houseguests all played in a competition to see who would become HOH, but have to nominate two houseguests for eviction. After nominating two houseguests for eviction, they compete in the competition where whoever wins will stay in the house and whoever doesn't finish will be evicted. Jay lost the competition and was evicted.
• Jury Re-Entry Competition - On Week 7, merged with the HOH Competition, the current jury members had a chance to re-enter the game through a competition. Killer re-enter the game, and also won HOH.

Houseguests

The houseguests were revealed on June 16th, 2018. Among were the four returnees from the tested season joined with the eight brand new houseguests.

Future Appearances

JP went on to compete in Big Brother Minecraft 2 and was revealed on the day of the premiere.

Despite their low placements on this season, both Jay and Charge returned for Robster's spin-off show, The Robster88 Gameshow. Digi, Smooth, and JP went on to compete in Robster's spin-off show, The Robster88 Gameshow 2

Note: On Week 1, Dekt entered the game through the Diary Room after the seven new houseguests moved in.

Note: On Week 4, Killer was named a third nominee from the HOH competition. After Killer was taken off the block, no one was named a replacement nominee, which leaving Danny and Kirby as the official nominees.
